Shopping Policy
Software: Our products consist of downloadable digital files to be installed in N3V Trainz versions TRS22 and Plus. Downloads are virus-free .zip files to be decompressed so that Trainz content installing .cdp files can be extracted.
Our models are intended to be used with those Trainz versions and superior and no guarantee is given of working in previous versions but we keep the trainz-build tag low for you to install them in those previous versions. Contact us if you encounter something faulty and we’ll try to assist you at fixing it.
Licence of usage: As our goods are payware digital contents protected by International digital authorship laws, it’s strictly forbidden to:
- Modify them to make it public
- Distribute them in any way or site
- Copy or use any part of them in other assets
- Pass the content to others since the licence of usage is granted only on one-user basis
- Pass the download link to any other people. Links are changed regularly.

Payment: Purchases are made via Paypal prior to be sent the download link by e-mail. If you have problems to get into the Paypal system, please send us a message via info@slw.ibertrainz.eu to try another payment method which pleases both sides.
After a successful payment you’ll be sent a thanking e-mail with the download link. You aren’t allowed to pass that link to anybody. Links are changed on a regular basis to protect our shopping policy.
No refund policy: Since our productions are digital goods not to be returned -removal or keeping a copy cannot be guaranteed-, we do not refund any purchase. Nevertheless, you are guaranteed to get assistance from LSW if you need technical advice with our software. Just contact info@slw.ibertrainz.eu .
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

We do not share any of your data with anybody.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
